## About the Role

* Hands-on ServiceNow development, not administration only.
 * Strong ITSM experience - the main requirement.
 * Strong scripting - JavaScript in the ServiceNow context, Glide APIs; comfortable with custom code and existing implementations.
 * Solid ITSM process knowledge - you know what a change record is for, not just where the field lives.
 * Demonstrated independent troubleshooting. This role has limited hand-holding.
 * Professional English - the technical interview and the daily work are in English.
 * Overlap with early US hours: available from 8:00 AM US Eastern (for example 6:00 AM in Mexico City or 9:00 AM in Brasília). A flexible split day with an agreed break is possible.
 * Available to start in November-December 2026.

Nice to have

 * ITOM and CMDB (preferred).
 * CSM and HRSD.
 * Spanish.
 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); CAD; CIS in ITSM.
 * Integrations with monitoring, HR or ERP systems.
 * Experience on a manufacturing or industrial client.

## Description

Triade is a data and analytics consultancy working across the United States, Brazil and Mexico. We are looking for two hands-on ServiceNow developers in Latin America for an initial 12-month engagement (extendable) on the ServiceNow platform of an established enterprise client., * Work on custom applications and existing implementations - read, debug and extend custom code you did not write, and solve scripting-related issues.

 * Script - Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions and Policies, Flow Designer, and integrations over REST and SOAP.
 * Build and maintain catalog items, workflows and forms.
 * Troubleshoot independently - diagnose, reproduce, fix and verify, and say clearly what you did and why.
 * Work with a team spread across EMEA and the US, in English.
