Operating Systems and Software Installation

Must be proficient in Windows and macOS environments, including:

 * Installing and troubleshooting software applications.
 * Installing and configuring printer drivers.
 * Creating and configuring network folder shares.
 * Setting up scan-to-folder and related document workflows.
 * Troubleshooting operating system and application compatibility issues.

Networking and Protocols

Must demonstrate proficiency with common network protocols and services, including:

 * SMTP
 * SNMP
 * FTP
 * Telnet
 * TWAIN
 * TCP/IP networking and network troubleshooting

Network Appliances and Devices

Must have experience configuring and troubleshooting network-connected equipment, including:

 * Wi-Fi routers and wireless extenders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in networking, operating systems, multifunction printers, scanners, and software deployment., * Install, configure, and support print and document management software.

 * Configure multifunction printers, scanners, network appliances, and related hardware.
 * Install and troubleshoot software on Windows and macOS computers.
 * Install and configure printer drivers, network folder shares, and scanning destinations.
 * Troubleshoot network connectivity, printing, scanning, and document workflow issues.
 * Configure and troubleshoot network protocols and services.
 * Provide technical support to customers and internal service personnel.
