## About the Role

* Minimum of 3 years in web development using C#, TypeScript, and Python
 * Experience with IIS server
 * Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
 * Hands-on experience in Angular (v10+)
 * Strong understanding of SPA architecture and RESTful API integration
 * Experience with version control systems, particularly GIT

## Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Web Developer for a hybrid position (3 days per week onsite required) with a Global Financial Institution located in Plano, TX, Charlotte, NC or Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role focuses on modernizing legacy web applications and enhancing security by fixing code vulnerabilities. The ideal candidate will utilize C#, .NET, and Angular to rewrite legacy web portals into responsive, user-friendly interfaces while maintaining high standards of software quality.

Responsibilities:

 * Fix code vulnerabilities within web applications
 * Rewrite and redesign legacy code bases and web portals
 * Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular
 * Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
 * Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
 * Maintain high standards of software quality
 * Troubleshoot, debug applications, and optimize performance
