Responsibilities Originates MEP Scopes of Work and participates in scope review meetings * Originates MEP installation and commissioning activities within the Project Schedule * Trains others on MEP systems * Determines the MEP subcontracting strategies for a project * Develops MEP bid package schedule with input from the design team and owner * Tracks progress of the MEP coordination process and ensures the deliverable meets contract requirements * Coaches and mentors less experienced team members * Supports a positive and inclusive work environment * Collaborates closely with business development to ensure seamless integration with sales strategies including performance metrics on your assigned projects, pursuits, and client deliverables.
