Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to collaborate with project managers, developers, business stakeholders, and technical leads.

Banking, deposits, or financial services experience may be beneficial but is not currently a documented requirement.

Experience with production support, conversion efforts, Hogan module expertise, or advanced mainframe technologies should be captured but not required unless confirmed by Dell.

Must be available to support a full-time remote contract engagement.

Customer Information Control System (CICS), TEKsystems is seeking 12 Senior Hogan IDS Developers to support a Dell-led customer engagement. These consultants will join a large-scale service delivery program and perform Hogan IDS application development activities within an IBM mainframe environment.

Consultants will work remotely within customer-directed delivery teams while collaborating with Dell project managers and technical stakeholders. Dell will maintain ownership of project management, work prioritization, technical direction, and delivery accountability. TEKsystems will manage recruiting, onboarding coordination, consultant engagement, and overall consultant care.

Daily responsibilities include performing assigned Hogan IDS development work, leveraging COBOL, JCL, DB2, and IBM mainframe expertise, communicating status and project dependencies, resolving technical issues, and following established customer development, testing, security, and documentation processes.

This opportunity is remote within the United States and requires candidates who can quickly join a long-term contract engagement expected to last six to twelve months or longer.

100% Remote (U.S.-based)

Preferred geographic locations include Charlotte, New York, Columbus, Phoenix, Raleigh, and Minneapolis, though qualified candidates across the United States will be considered.
