## Description

We are looking for a strong Technical Onsite Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery, manage client stakeholders, and ensure timely execution of complex technology programs. The role requires a blend of delivery leadership, technical depth, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities

 * Own overall delivery responsibility for assigned programs, including scope, timeline, quality, and cost
 * Act as the primary interface with client stakeholders, including business and IT leadership
 * Drive program planning, execution, and governance across onsite and offshore teams
 * Manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies, with proactive mitigation plans
 * Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments
 * Lead solution discussions and provide technical direction where required
 * Coordinate with cross functional teams including architecture, development, QA, and support
 * Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and automation initiatives
 * Support pre sales, solutioning, and client presentations as needed

Technical Skills

 * Strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes (ERP, CRM, Cloud, Digital platforms)
 * Strong experience with Agile delivery tools like JIRA and reporting frameworks
 * Experience with modern architectures including APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
 * Good grasp of DevOps, CI CD, and agile delivery models
 * Ability to engage in technical discussions and guide teams on design and implementation
