Do you have experience in Team leadership?, * A 8-10+ plus years performing Oracle 12c and 19c administration

 * 3-5 years actively involved in enterprise level cloud database initiatives
 * Expertise in data migration and replication using GoldenGate and/or Cloud Database Migration Service/Assistant
 * Significant background in solving complex technology challenges
 * Expertise in two or more AWS cloud-based database technologies
 * Expertise in DBMS systems (Oracle, Postgres, MySql) & NoSQL databases (Cassandra)
 * Expertise in Distributed replication technologies ( Oracle Goldengate, DataGuard etc)
 * Expertise in cloud data platforms viz., RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB and Snowflake
 * Leadership in a functional team setting with a flexible attitude
 * Ability to quickly synthesize ideas, options, and thoughts into solutions
 * Expertise performing requirement reviews and working towards architecture decisions
 * Database CI/CD delivery expertise using common tools and framework
 * Performing design evaluations for migration strategies for on-premise physical databases to cloud
