## About the Role

* Associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or another technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
 * 2+ years of experience in data center operations, IT infrastructure, engineering labs, or a related technical environment.
 * Basic to intermediate experience with DCIM tools and infrastructure management platforms such as Nautobot.
 * Familiarity with scripting or automation using Shell, Python, Ansible, or similar tools.
 * Working knowledge of common networking protocols and services such as TCP/IP, DNS, NFS, and SSL.
 * Experience working with Windows and Linux operating systems; familiarity with MacOS is a plus.
 * Hands-on experience with hardware installation, system deployments, GPUs, PC components, or similar technology.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Good written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and technical teams and communicate technical issues clearly.
 * Willingness to learn new technologies and support a fast-paced engineering environment.

## Description

* Work closely with engineering and operations teams to support the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of next-generation products and infrastructure.
 * Support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a high-performing Compute Farm, including builders, packagers, testers, and core infrastructure.
 * Monitor system availability and assist with troubleshooting and recovery efforts when issues occur.
 * Provide hands-on support for hardware and software issues in collaboration with engineering and platform operations teams.
 * Assist with collecting operational metrics and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
 * Troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems, hardware, networking, and infrastructure-related issues.
 * Assist with hardware deployments, system installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
 * Identify opportunities to improve system availability, throughput, reliability, and operational efficiency while meeting SLAs and key performance metrics.
 * Communicate effectively with engineering, operations, and other technical teams to help resolve issues and keep systems running reliably.
