## About the Role

## Description

* Respond to support requests by phone, email, chat and ticketing system
 * Troubleshoot software, hardware, login and connectivity issues
 * Reset passwords, manage user accounts and handle access requests
 * Install, configure and update applications and peripherals
 * Document every issue and resolution accurately in the help desk system
 * Escalate complex problems to Tier 2 and engineering with clear notes
 * Contribute to knowledge base articles that help users solve common problems
