Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery., * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product * Ability to build and sustain professional relationships * Ability to lead projects or workstreams * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor * Ability to meet deadlines * Ability to provide clear guidance to others * Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management * Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes, * 6+ years of progressive experience as a Scrum Master and/or Release Train Engineer in a corporate or enterprise environment, including leading Agile ceremonies, managing cross-team dependencies, and supporting delivery execution. * 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile delivery, or RTE roles, plus at least one active certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), or equivalent. * 5+ years of experience applying Agile scaling frameworks, with 2+ years of direct experience in SAFe within multi-team or program-level delivery environments. * 5+ years demonstrating strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills, including facilitating planning sessions, aligning stakeholders, removing impediments, and resolving team or program-level delivery issues. * Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment * Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred * Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities * Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products * Can operate independently or with minimum supervision * Excellent Written and Communication Skills * Ability to deliver technical demonstrations ## Description We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / RTE to facilitate agile ceremonies and coordinate the execution of our Agile Release Trains (ARTs). You will act as a servant leader, helping teams navigate challenges, ensuring alignment across multiple squads, and optimizing the flow of value through the organization.
