 * Erfahrung im Projektumfeld nach SAFe mit mehreren beteiligten Projektteams/ARTs (ab 5 Jahre)
 * Kenntnisse und mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Umfeld der Transport und Logistikindustrie (ab 5 Jahre), * Erfahrung in Problemlösungen wie Ursachenanalyse und Lösungsvorschläge (ab 5 Jahre)
 * Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in Kommunikations-Skills in der Abstimmung mit Kunden und Schnittstellenpartnern (ab 5 Jahre)
 * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit großen Lieferorganisationen (mindestens 5 unabhängige Teams) (ab 5 Jahre)
