## Description

* Umsetzung von Features von der Spezifikation bis zum Release, inklusive Testing, Code-Reviews und sauberer technischer Dokumentation.
 * Mitarbeit an internen Tools (z. B. Admin-Workflows, Datenpflege, Monitoring) sowie an der Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse und Nutzerflüsse., * Aufbau und Pflege von Qualitätssicherung für AI-Funktionen (z. B. Evaluations, Logging, Guardrails, Fehleranalyse)., * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern und dem Team, inklusive Abstimmung von Anforderungen, Priorisierung und pragmatischen technischen Entscheidungen.
 * Arbeiten mit Git und Pull Requests, inklusive klarer PR-Beschreibungen und Review-Kultur.
