This role will support BHSI's Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) business, including our digital and direct-to-broker distribution capabilities. The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer will partner closely with business, underwriting, operations, technology, Data Engineering, and BI teammates to design, build, and evolve the reporting and analytics capabilities needed to support a growing, digitally enabled insurance business. This individual will develop a strong understanding of the SME business and translate business requirements into trusted data models, semantic models, dashboards, reporting, analytics, and reusable data products. As part of the Global Business Intelligence organization, this role will apply consistent BI engineering standards while ensuring solutions meet the unique needs of the SME business.
