## About the Role

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
 * Significant experience in validation, technical support, systems testing, lab operations, or related technical environments.
 * Demonstrated experience leading technical teams or serving as a senior-level technical resource.
 * Strong understanding of hardware, firmware, software, and system-level validation methodologies.
 * Experience with test execution, defect management, and validation reporting processes.
 * Proficiency in troubleshooting complex system, platform, and infrastructure issues.
 * Experience using enterprise defect tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, HSD-ES, IPS, or Zendesk.
 * Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
 * Understanding of validation lab operations and test environment management.
