## About the Role

Required

 * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
 * Must pass a background check

Preferred, not required

 * Experience in IT support, systems administration, or business systems. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
 * Knowledge of the construction or trades industry is a plus.

Helpful skills

 * Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Windows, and basic networking.
 * Comfort working with data in Excel, databases, or reporting tools.
 * Interest in APIs, automation tools, or scripting.
 * Clear communication and patience to help non-technical people.
 * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests at once., * Bachelor's (Preferred)

## Description

* Set up, maintain, and support laptops, phones, printers, and other equipment for office staff and field teams.
 * Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, email, OneDrive, and SharePoint, including user access, security, and licensing.
 * Keep our network, Wi-Fi, backups, and cybersecurity tools running and up to date.
 * Serve as the first point of contact for help-desk requests and work with outside vendors when needed.

Business systems and data integration

 * Administer and support our core business platforms, including service management, CRM, estimating, and accounting software.
 * Build and maintain integrations, imports, and automated workflows so data moves between systems without double entry.
 * Clean up and maintain data quality, including customer records, price lists, and job information.
 * Create reports and dashboards that help leaders track sales, service, and project performance.
 * Work with department leaders and our continuous improvement team to map processes and recommend better tools.
 * Assist other team members in utilizing AI and other new technologies
 * Help train employees on new systems and write simple how-to guides.
