## About the Role

* Experience providing help desk or desktop support (Tier 1/2)
 * Familiarity with Windows and Mac; some Linux exposure is a plus
 * Comfortable setting up and troubleshooting PCs, printers, phones and network connectivity
 * Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi)
 * Clear communication and patience working with non-technical users
 * Ability to juggle multiple requests and prioritize effectively
 * Ability to learn and apply new technology quickly and efficiently

Candidates with the following skills will be given preference

 * Active Directory / user account management
 * Experience with MDM tools (Mosyle, Intune, or similar)
 * Familiarity with MFA, security keys, and following security/compliance procedures (e.g., SOCÂ 2)
 * Experience imaging and deploying workstations
 * CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification
