## Description

* Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues
 * Support Windows environments, Active Directory, and enterprise applications
 * Manage and resolve tickets through a ticketing system such as ServiceNow
 * Assist users with VPN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues
 * Provide support via phone, remote tools, and occasional hands-on assistance
