 * 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
 * Ability to work effectively with Project Managers.

 * Capability to train and mentor others.

## Description

* Constant project reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
 * Maintain project budgets to align with financial goals.
 * Conduct monthly forecasting to anticipate financial needs and adjustments.
 * Input data into monthly project billing to ensure accurate financial tracking.
 * Aid in change orders potentially on a daily basis as projects progress.
 * Manage vendor finances to ensure funds are allocated properly within the budget.
 * Act as an effective partner for Project Managers and construction leaders.
 * Collaborate with multiple clients and navigate various contract structures.
 * Mentor junior cost personnel and Project Managers in using our systems., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
