## Description

We're seeking a .NET Developer to support our customer's modernization initiative. You'll migrate Legacy applications and data, integrate enterprise systems, and improve permitting workflows., * Transition PEN, Microsoft Access, and Mainframe systems into GoldKey, maintaining data integrity and validating migration results.

 * Develop and modernize applications using C#, .NET, MVC, JavaScript, and jQuery.
 * Build and optimize Oracle SQL queries and PL/SQL stored procedures.
 * Develop and tune SSIS ETL processes and design, deploy, and integrate SSRS reports.
 * Implement secure RESTful/SOAP integrations and authentication.
 * Automate workload assignments and support online submissions, tracking, invoicing, payments, and enterprise content management integration.
 * Improve Building Permit and Paving & Drainage workflows, including Impervious Surface Reviews.
 * Support environmental and historical preservation requirements and municipal Sewer Extension Permits.
 * Collaborate with county analysts, vendors, and other project teams.
