We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Technical Lead/ Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, contribute hands-on to development, mentor engineering teams, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality solutions., Lead architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications.
Build and support scalable APIs, microservices, and responsive web applications.
Perform code reviews and enforce development best practices.
Design integrations using REST APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical delivery.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize application performance.
Mentor developers and drive engineering excellence.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
