## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
 * 4-7 years of experience with hydraulic, industrial, or mobile equipment systems.
 * Proficiency in SolidWorks, PDM, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
 * Strong understanding of manufacturing tolerances and assembly drawings.
 * Ability to read and create hydraulic schematics in AutoCAD.
 * Hands-on experience with hydraulic system design for industrial or mobile equipment preferred.
 * Experience with electro-hydraulic assemblies is beneficial.
 * Understanding of mechanical and hydraulic technical specifications.
 * Familiarity with explosion-proof or hazardous-location standards (UL, CSA, IEC) is a plus.

## Description

* Design, develop, and integrate hydraulic systems and components for industrial and mobile applications.
 * Create 2D/3D models for hydraulic components and systems using SolidWorks.
 * Develop product designs from concept through release.
 * Prepare fabrication drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
 * Support project documentation and reporting.
 * Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to meet project requirements.
 * Conduct field visits or site verifications as needed.
 * Design hydraulic systems for power units and actuator controls.
 * Apply manufacturing knowledge to optimize designs for production.
 * Assist production teams with build and testing challenges.
 * Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Prepare test procedures, manuals, and other technical documents.
 * Support field installation, testing, and commissioning.
 * Use Microsoft Office for communication and documentation.
 * Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and project guidelines.
 * Interpret sketches, layouts, and specifications accurately.
 * Maintain organized drawing files and documentation.
