## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
 * 7+ years of application development or systems analysis experience
 * 5+ years of hands-on development experience using Power Platform tools
 * Proven expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
 * Experience designing enterprise solutions and integrations
 * Strong requirements gathering and solution design skills
 * Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, web services, and SQL Server
 * Experience with Azure DevOps

Preferrred:

 * Experience with Power BI, Power Pages, and advanced Dataverse design
 * Working knowledge of .NET Core, Web APIs, and modern front-end frameworks (React and Angular)
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines
 * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
 * Experience mentoring or leading team members
 * Working knowledge of UiPath or other RPA tools

## Description

* Lead design and development of custom applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
 * Partner with architects and engineering teams to define solution architecture, data models, and integration patterns
 * Establish standards, and best practices in the adoption and usage of Power Platform.
 * Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and solution approach
 * Ensure compliance with security, DLP policies, and SOX controls
 * Design integrations with APIs, GraphQL, SQL Server, Azure services, and .NET applications
 * Provide technical leadership and mentorship
 * Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
