## About the Role

* Strong, hands-on experience with Angular and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
 * Experience deploying and running applications on Azure Container Apps or comparable container-based platforms.

 * Working experience with AI-assisted developer tools and a practical understanding of how to use them responsibly and effectively.
 * Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
 * Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
 * Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
 * 3-8 years of industry experience, * Experience with TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx or other state management approaches.
 * Familiarity with Docker and containerization best practices.
 * Experience with unit and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
 * Knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Container Registry, Azure Monitor, or Application Insights.
 * Understanding of web security, accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization.

## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications and services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, the Spring ecosystem, Azure cloud services, databases, and event-driven architecture., This engineer will contribute to the design of modern distributed systems, build secure and reliable APIs, and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity. Depending on the project, some positions may also require Python and Databricks experience., * Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance front-end applications using Angular and JavaScript.

 * Build reusable components and write clean, testable, well-documented code.
 * Containerize and deploy applications to Azure Container Apps, and help manage their configuration, scaling, and environments.
 * Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate builds, tests, and deployments.
 * Manage source control workflows in GitHub, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
 * Use AI-assisted developer tools (such as GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, improve test coverage, and streamline debugging and refactoring.
 * Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team retrospectives.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, and monitor application performance.
 * Collaborate with UX designers and backend engineers to translate requirements into polished features.
