The SSPM should possess technical knowledge of developing, designing, building, and integrating space hardware and software., Leads high-dollar program management efforts to include portfolio cost, schedule, and performance of CLINs spanning multiple SYDs and Mission Deltas: * Work with SSC, SYD/MD leadership to help integrate teams across CLINs * Establish processes and procedures for efficient program execution at scale * Engage with SYD/MD leaders to ensure exceptional CPAR ratings and program execution * Engage with MTSI company leadership to ensure that the best capabilities across the DoW and IC are delivered to our customers in an integrated way * Able to manage difficult conversations related to personnel, finance, legal, contracts, security, subcontracts, and program control with ease * Adept at rapid response timelines across numerous digital devices and user accounts at all classification levels. * Experienced program manager that understands how to apply PWS/SOW, ECPs, MODs to hiring proper LCATs with compliant Quals.
