## About the Role

* Must currently reside in the United States.
 * 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
 * Strong understanding of software development principles, best practices, and modern engineering workflows.
 * Professional experience with several of the following technologies:
 * - Backend: Python, Node.js, C#, .NET
 * - Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL, and related technologies
 * - AI: LLMs, AI APIs, AI integrations, or AI-powered application development
 * Experience designing and developing production-ready applications.
 * Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
 * Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment.
 * Comfortable participating in technical meetings and occasional client-facing discussions.
 * A collaborative mindset and willingness to share ideas and learn from others.

You don't need to be an expert in every technology listed. We value strong engineering fundamentals, practical experience, and the ability to learn and adapt.

Nice to Have

 * Experience building applications with OpenAI APIs or other LLM providers.
 * Familiarity with AI agents, RAG, or AI automation workflows.
 * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
 * Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
