## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 * 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
 * Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform).
 * Experience with Dynamics APIs, web services, and integration tools.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
 * Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Additional Qualifications:

 * Prior federal government experience supporting or implementing CRM solutions.
 * Experience working with the VA or other federal agencies.
 * Active or the ability to obtain a government clearance.
 * Background in data migration, ETL processes, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
 * Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions) and DevOps practices.
 * Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications., * Bachelor's (Preferred)

## Description

* Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
 * Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation to meet business needs.
 * Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Power Platform, and Azure tools.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Conduct unit and UAT testing, manage deployments, and ensure performance optimization.
 * Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for Dynamics 365 solutions.
 * Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security, and compliance standards.
 * Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.
