 * Dependable attendance, reliable transportation, and ability to work onsite in Obetz, Ohio.
 * Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed to support seasonal business demands., * Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the workday as needed.

## Description

We are seeking a dependable, motivated Seasonal Desktop Support Analyst to join our IT team in Obetz, Ohio!

In this hands-on role, you will provide frontline technical support to employees, troubleshoot computer and printer issues, and help maintain the technology that supports our daily operations during peak holiday season., * Provide onsite desktop support and technical assistance to employees, responding to IT requests in person, by phone, and via email.

 * Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
 * Install, configure, maintain, and repair workstations, computer peripherals, and related equipment.
 * Troubleshoot and support printers, including Zebra label printers, RF handheld scanners, and other warehouse technology.
 * Assist employees with basic computer applications, Microsoft Office, and general technical questions.
 * Document technical issues, equipment repairs, installations, and resolutions while maintaining accurate hardware inventory records.
 * Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues quickly and minimize operational disruptions during peak season., * This is a temporary, seasonal position supporting peak holiday operations.
 * Anticipated start date is early to mid-November 2026.
 * The assignment is expected to continue through approximately February 14, 2027.
 * Work schedules may vary based on business needs, including weekend coverage, overtime, and changing shift requirements.
 * Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite operational environment.
