## Description

* Own and scale multi-platform Figma component libraries and token infrastructure, leveraging AI tooling to streamline workflows.
 * Define foundational visual standards, including typography, color, and spacing, and author comprehensive design system usage guidelines.
 * Partner with designers and product teams across multiple Product Areas to unify fragmented journeys and elevate design craft.
 * Collaborate with frontend engineers to build and launch production-ready components, optimizing token handoff to accelerate delivery.
 * Identify systemic design debt proactively and advocate design quality through constructive reviews and cross-team alignment.
