## Description

Seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to design and develop highly available distributed systems across AWS and Kubernetes environments while providing technical leadership to engineering teams., * Lead architecture and development using Go, Python, and Node.js.

 * Drive AWS/EKS, OpenShift, automation, IaC, and CI/CD initiatives.
 * Establish monitoring, observability, incident response, and reliability practices.
 * Lead technical design reviews and mentor engineers.
 * Partner with product, business, and client stakeholders.
 * Identify and implement AI-assisted development and automation opportunities.
