## About the Role

 * Bachelor's degree in any field, four years of job-related work experience in lieu of a degree, or an associate's degree in any major plus two years of job-related experience.
 * At least five years of IT experience in a leadership capacity, including two years leading two or more concurrent project teams.
 * Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, information systems, business processes, and organizational objectives.
 * Demonstrated experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through implementation and final business acceptance.
 * Experience managing project schedules, resource assignments, milestones, budgets or budgeted hours, risks, and competing priorities.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
 * Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder expectations, negotiate project scope, and resolve project issues.
 * Must be willing to work onsite three days per week and participate in in-person interviews. A credit check is required during the pre-screening process., * Experience with Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps for project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
 * Familiarity with hybrid Agile project delivery and traditional project management methodologies.
 * Experience supporting digital initiatives, customer-facing experiences, or non-host business applications.
 * Completion of a formal project management training program.
 * Experience mentoring project leads and supporting team development.

## Description

* Lead multiple concurrent IT projects of varying size and complexity from initial planning through implementation and final business acceptance.
 * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource assignments, milestones, and status reports.
 * Monitor progress, resource utilization, budgeted hours, quality, and timelines; identify risks and escalate issues requiring intervention.
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to establish priorities, resolve conflicts, negotiate scope, and maintain alignment with business objectives.
 * Apply appropriate project management methodologies and processes to support timely delivery and successful project outcomes.
 * Prepare and present project updates, communicate changes and risks, and mentor project leads to strengthen team performance.
