The Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer plays a key role in advancing BNY's engineering initiatives within the Full-Stack Development job family. This position is responsible for designing, building, and enhancing scalable web applications that support BNY's strategic focus on innovation, operational excellence, and client-centric solutions. Working across both front-end and back-end technologies, the Full-Stack Engineer contributes to the seamless integration of complex systems and the delivery of high-quality digital experiences. This role also supports a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement through technical leadership and mentorship., * Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications using modern engineering practices and technologies.

 * Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver features that improve user experience and system performance.
