## Description

IT Systems Technician who can independently manage technical issues, deploy infrastructure solutions, and support business clients in a fast-paced MSP environment., The IT Systems Technician is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, network management, and infrastructure deployments across multiple client environments. This role requires strong experience with business networks, Microsoft 365, servers, cybersecurity tools, and managed IT platforms., * Troubleshoot and resolve complex workstation, server, and network issues

 * Configure and maintain routers, firewalls, switches, and VPN connections
 * Deploy and support Microsoft 365 environments and cloud services
 * Implement backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity solutions
 * Monitor and manage client systems using RMM and alerting platforms
 * Perform system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements
 * Document systems, procedures, and technical resolutions
 * Provide technical guidance to junior technicians when needed
 * Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
