## About the Role

* Strong CRM Sales modules experience
 * Need to be well versed in plugins, workflows, .Net, JavaScript and Portals.
 * Single point of contact (Technical SME) and a Management single point of contact for all reviews, reporting, signoffs and approvals.
 * Minimum years of experience: 13+ Years plus
 * Certifications Needed: Yes Dynamics 365, * The candidate Should have extensive knowledge on CRM Sales modules
 * Dynamics 365 Technical Architect with hands on complex Customizations and Configurations.
 * Experience in designing architecture of the solution.
 * Lead technical positions for an application dealing with overall design, integration, technical requirements (e.g., performance and scalability) and alignment with enterprise strategies
 * Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and coding best practices.
 * Must be able to work directly with the client and lead design discussions with business, solution design and translate it to the technical team.
 * Should be able to address any Technical Questions / clarifications.
 * Single point of contact (Technical SME) and a Management single point of contact for all reviews, reporting, signoffs and approvals
 * They should have a good technical understanding and good understand of Project management principles.
 * Work hand in hand with the Infosys, Microsoft and Client for any technical issues to track the technical progress of the project.
 * Should be able to address any Technical Questions / clarifications.
