## Description

This project is a large-scale IT Go-Live supporting a healthcare MSP that provides IT services and support for local hospitals, one of which, was acquired. Approximately 1,900 devices will need to be replaced as part of the transition. We are staffing ~15 onsite Deployment Technicians to swap and set up the new equipment, along with 15 remote Command Center/Help Desk resources to provide technical support during and after Go-Live.

Go-Live begins 11/1, with the overnight deployment team reporting at 11:45 PM on 10/31. The hands-on deployment team is targeted to be needed from 11/111/4, while the remote Command Center will provide support for approximately 4 weeks, with training expected the week prior. Flexibility, reliability, and overnight availability will be key and required.
