* 5-7 years of experience in data or software engineering

 * 5+ years of hands-on coding experience with Microsoft SQL

 * 3+ years working with big data technologies (Databricks, Apache Spark, Python, Azure)

 * Strong experience with Azure services (Data Factory, Dataflows, Azure Functions, Service Bus)

 * Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines

 * Experience developing and supporting API integrations

 * Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals (testing automation, code reviews, DevOps, telemetry)

 * Experience working with Delta tables, Parquet files, and ADLS

 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience * Experience working with healthcare datasets

 * Familiarity with HL7 communication protocols

 * Experience with event-driven and distributed architectures

 * Experience with polyglot data storage (relational, columnar, key-value, graph)

 * Strong background in architecture, design patterns, and best practices

 * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
