## About the Role

* 4+ years of software engineering, SDET, developer infrastructure, or release engineering experience.
 * Strong programming and automation skills.
 * Experience with CI/CD, test frameworks, cloud/container systems, and production reliability.
 * Strong debugging and failure-analysis skills.
 * Robotics, autonomous systems, connected devices, or hardware/software testing experience is a plus.

## Description

We are looking for a Software Engineer to build the quality and release infrastructure behind Dexmate's software platform and robot fleet. As software reaches more robots, releases must be qualified-not simply shipped., * Build and maintain CI/CD, test infrastructure, and release pipelines across cloud, edge, and robot software.

 * Develop automated release gates for correctness, performance, reliability, compatibility, and system health.
 * Build integration, regression, end-to-end, performance, and failure testing infrastructure.
 * Improve release observability, failure diagnosis, rollback readiness, and engineering feedback loops.
 * Partner with software, embedded, and robotics teams to establish scalable quality standards.
