* High school diploma or equivalent required.
 * Associates or Bachelors degree or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred
 * 1+ years of experience as a Field Technician, Break Fix Technician, etc.
 * One to three (1-3) years of successful experience in the area of Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support responsibilities required.
 * Experience working within a Windows 10 environment.
