## Description

Seeking a Senior CCM SpecialistApplication Architect with 12 years of experience in designing developing and implementing enterprise document generation and customer communication solutions Strong expertise in OpenText Exstream StreamServe Java integrations SAP workflows OpenText Content Suite and largescale migration projects across banking utilities and healthcare domains, Design and develop enterprise customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream and StreamServe

Lead migration and upgrade initiatives from legacy CCM platforms to OpenText Exstream

Develop and maintain customerfacing communications including notices statements letters bills and forms

Configure document workflows connectors archival solutions and output management processes

Develop Javabased utilities and integrations for XML processing validation file handling and system connectivity

Implement RESTSOAP integrations with enterprise applications and thirdparty platforms

Support SAP xECM Content Server and document archival solutions

Ensure application performance scalability accessibility and compliance requirements are met

Collaborate with business compliance and technology teams to deliver endtoend solutions

Provide production support troubleshooting deployment assistance and technical mentoring
