 * Consulting or advisory background with demonstrated ability to manage projects and communicate recommendations to clients
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable presenting, teaching, and building relationships with customers
 * Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and willingness to travel ~25% of the time

## Description

We are looking for a Solutions Advisor with 4+ years of experience to serve as a trusted post-sale partner for in-house legal teams adopting GC AI's platform. You'll sit at the intersection of legal expertise, legal operations, and customer success - helping clients unlock the full value of an AI-powered legal platform that's redefining how in-house teams work. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role at one of the fastest-growing legal AI companies in the market.

What will you be doing?

 * Onboard and enable customers post-sale, helping in-house legal teams adopt and maximize GC AI's platform
 * Understand customer pain points and drive tailored projects and workflows that improve their legal operations
 * Upsell and expand existing accounts by continuously demonstrating value and deepening relationships
 * Teach courses and present at conferences as part of GC AI's Academy, educating customers on platform features and best practices
 * Collaborate cross-functionally with the go-to-market and product teams to surface customer insights and inform the roadmap
