## Description

* Design, implement, and maintain workflow solutions and business applications to automate or simplify business processes.
 * Develop SQL queries and reports.
 * Determine and prioritize user requirements for software enhancements.
 * Perform configuration maintenance in the agency's ECM system, including document types, keywords, queries, and autofill's.
 * Provide Tier 1 technical support and system administration for ECM system and integration middleware.
 * Provide Tier 1 technical support and file testing for PERSI employers pursuing transmittal file certification.
 * Supports maintenance of the agency's internal and external WordPress websites, including routine updates to content, plugins, and configuration.
 * Assists with basic PHP-level troubleshooting and adjustments to support WordPress site functionality, escalating more complex issues as needed.
 * Configure and execute regression test routines using automated test scripts and perform basic problem resolution for test failures.
 * Evaluate, test, plan and implement modules, upgrades, and system changes in third-party software products.
 * Other duties as assigned.
