## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data and Analytics Associate in New York with a hybrid work schedule. This role is responsible for delivering enterprise-level analytics, leading contract review processes, and overseeing project pipelines. The Data and Analytics Associate will play a critical role in supporting go-to-market strategy, enhancing the team's value proposition, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across Howden Markets US.
What will you be doing?
Deliver enterprise-level analytics to support business decision-making and operational strategy
Manage and oversee contract review processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Lead and maintain project pipelines, tracking progress and ensuring timely execution
Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies
Contribute to building and refining the team's value proposition
Identify and drive enhancements to tools, processes, and analytics capabilities
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of commission programs
Partner cross-functionally to strengthen operational alignment across Howden Markets US
Provide insights and recommendations through data analysis to support business growth
