 * Hands-on experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices architectures.
 * Experience delivering cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS, or comparable cloud platforms.
 * Experience with Kubernetes, containerization technologies, and modern deployment practices.
 * Experience with Git-based source control platforms including GitHub and/or Azure DevOps., * Experience designing and implementing Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and customer intelligence solutions.
 * Experience with customer analytics, behavioral analysis, transaction data processing, and personalization platforms.
 * Expertise in event-driven architecture, messaging platforms, and distributed systems design.
 * Experience with AI, machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
 * Experience building enterprise search, recommendation, analytics, or decision-support platforms.
 * Experience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.

* Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions across customer experience and digital platform ecosystems.
 * Drive API-first, microservices-based, and cloud-native engineering practices using modern technologies and platforms.
 * Design and evolve Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities supporting customer insights, transaction analysis, behavioral analytics, and personalization.
 * Build scalable applications using Java, .NET, Node.js, React, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
 * Lead development of event-driven and composable architectures leveraging Azure and/or AWS cloud services.
 * Establish engineering excellence through CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing, reliability engineering, and performance optimization.
 * Champion AI-assisted development, automation tools, machine learning solutions, and intelligent search capabilities.
 * Mentor engineers, influence technical strategy, and drive adoption of enterprise engineering standards and best practices.
