## Description

Bilingual Japanese/English Network Support Duties:
-Technician for network, datacenter, international transmission, submarine cable, backbone equipment, infrastructure and IT solution services
-Provides customer support by handling incoming customer calls and emails
-Basic technical troubleshooting of network services
-Supports hardware, software, and network related problems
-Creates, manages, documents and updates trouble tickets as necessary within the company ticketing system
-Create and updates System Document, Operation Manual, Knowledge Base and Trouble History
-Ensures successful completion of all daily tasks
