## About the Role

Do you have experience in In-person customer service?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma or GED

 * IT repair and troubleshooting experience
 * Reliable vehicle capable of transporting IT equipment
 * Strong customer service skills
 * Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory (Pensacola, Milton, Crestview, and Mobile areas)
 * Willingness to participate in occasional evening, weekend, and holiday on-call support

Preferred:

 * Field service, desktop support, or computer repair experience
 * Experience with POS systems, printers, and networking equipment

## Description

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to provide onsite support for retail technology equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining POS systems, self-checkout registers, printers, scanners, PCs, servers, networking equipment, and other retail technology devices.
