 * Project management experience (Agile, Scrum, or PMP preferred)

## Description

You will lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring HR systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with business goals. Your work will directly enhance HR operations, data accuracy, and decision-making across the organization.

As part of our team, you will

 * Configure, implement, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
 * Partner with HR and IT to align systems with business priorities
 * Lead and support system enhancement and optimization projects
 * Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance standards
 * Support integrations and data migrations across SAP platforms
 * Provide guidance, training, and support to end users
 * Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through technology
