Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, RBAC/IAM, SSO, service identities, permissions, and least-privilege access. Strong technical documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Support OpenAI/ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and related enterprise AI technologies. Design and implement APIs, connectors, AI agents, RAG, knowledge sources, automation, and enterprise integrations. Establish platform administration, configuration, access control, service onboarding, change, and lifecycle-management standards. Implement SSO, RBAC, IAM, service identities, permissions, and least-privilege access controls. Implement approved security, privacy, compliance, data protection, and AI governance requirements. Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, usage, licensing, cost, and service reliability processes. Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, authentication, authorization, data-access, agent, performance, and availability issues.
