 * Lead daytoday production operations across platforms including MS SQL Server Oracle Informatica and Unixbased systems
 * Monitor and maintain the health availability and performance of production applications using tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk
 * Monitor and manage batch scheduling and orchestration using Autosys Quartz or Airflow schedulers
 * Own incidents triage root cause analysis resolution communication and prevention of
 * recurrence

 * Create comprehensive documentation runbooks and knowledgetransfer materials Proactively identify production risks and drive incident problem and change management processes endtoend

 * Ensure all production services meet SLA thresholds for uptime performance and incident
 * response
 * Use AIMIassisted tools to optimize production processes reduce manual intervention and increase platform reliability
 * Identify vulnerabilities and continuous improvement opportunities develop metrics and operational dashboards
 * Act as the escalation point between business development and technology teams
 * Communicate production risks incidents and service impacts clearly to stakeholders
