## About the Role

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer with strong Figma expertise to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. Experience in the healthcare domain is highly preferred, especially working with complex workflows, regulated environments, or clinical users., * Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototypes, design systems)

 * Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
 * Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams
 * Experience designing complex workflows or data-heavy applications, * Prior experience in the healthcare domain (EHRs, clinical tools, patient apps, health tech platforms, etc.)
 * Familiarity with healthcare usability, accessibility, or compliance considerations
 * Experience working in agile or product-driven teams

Nice to Have

 * Experience with usability testing tools or user research methods
 * Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
 * Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS)

## Description

* Design user-centered experiences for web and/or mobile applications
 * Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
 * Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions
 * Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
 * Ensure designs align with accessibility, usability, and design best practices
 * Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI standards
