## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, ERP Savvy is seeking an experienced SAP S/4 Project Manager to lead and manage the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA projects in Public Sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, SAP S/4HANA, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget., + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

 * Experience:
 + Minimum of 12+ years of experience in project management, with at least 7+ years managing SAP projects.
 + Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
 + Experience with project management methodologies such as ASAP, Activate, or Agile.
 * Skills:
 + Strong leadership and team management skills.
 + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 + Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
 * Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager.

## Description

* Project Planning and Execution:
 + Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
 + Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, functional/business analysts, and technical infrastructure teams.
 + Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
 * Stakeholder Management:
 + Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
 + Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
 + Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
 * Risk and Issue Management:
 + Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
 + Develop mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution of issues.
 + Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
 * Quality Assurance:
 + Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
 + Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
