## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

 * 3+ years of experience administering an enterprise EMM/MDM/UEM solution (Samsung Knox Manage, Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron/Ivanti, or similar).

 * Hands-on experience with Android Enterprise (Work Profile, Fully Managed, COPE) and Managed Google Play app deployment.

 * Working knowledge of Active Directory / Entra ID integration, certificate-based authentication, and Wi-Fi/VPN profile configuration.

 * Experience in an ITIL-based support environment (incident, problem, and change management) using a ticketing system such as Salesforce.

 * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to produce clear reports and documentation.

 * Ability to work on-site and occasionally outside business hours for maintenance windows or critical incidents.
